- Starting from 1month before the actual wedding day
- Initial meeting and hand over session to understand the style and flow of your wedding incl. of all scheduled events and services provider(s) involved.
- Assisting in finalizing the details of itineraries for wedding day events such as Bride Fetching, Traditional Tea Ceremony, Wedding Receptions / Cocktails Session and Wedding Dinner.
- Providing checklist for logistics essentials
- Assisting in preparation of venue layout and guests seating list
Conducting briefing session for family members and/or wedding entourage (up to 1-hour), subjected to their availability.
- Coordinating and orchestrating the wedding rehearsal (up to 2-hours), subjected to venue availability
- Assisting in the selection of music for March In, Cake Cutting, Champagne pouring, and/or other activities pertaining to the event.
- Finalizing of details with appointed services provider(s)
- Act as the main liaising point with appointed service provider(s)
- 2 experienced coordinators on site to ensure the wedding event proceeds as planned in smooth progression
- Managing all necessary liaisons with all appointed services provider(s) involved.
- Overseeing and coordinating all appointed services provider(s) set up and dismantling
Coordinating the arrival of guests invited.
- Assisting in guest registrations / seating arrangement
Coordinating with the Banquet Manager, Emcee and other parties involved on the flow of events and program (incl. the timing of serving the dishes for banquet dinner, playing of March In Music, and etc
- Control and manage the consumption of wine/hard liquor/beer and other beverages
- Coordinating the Table-to-Table Photo-taking, if necessary.
- Act as a personal assistant(s) to couples and family members
- Handle all situation arises during the event.
