My wife and I engaged Idea Inn almost within the hour after our first meeting. Before the meeting, we felt quite lost on how our big day should be. We knew what we did not want our wedding to be, but we did not know how it should be. At our first meeting with Denise, the assured manner in which she sketched out the possibilities convinced us that Idea Inn could be the right planner for us. We decided to take the plunge : )

At the conceptualisation stage, we found Denise to be the ideal sounding board and adviser on the feasibility and cost of some ideas that my wife and myself had. Her experience and sense of perspective steered us to make what turned out to be correct choices on the details of our wedding. It also helped that Denise was often on the same wavelength as us on many of the ideas. As a result, she was able to understand our requirements well to execute the ideas.

After the details were finalised, Denise and her colleague Sylvia were invaluable in liaising with numerous vendors and service providers. Their help made our wedding preparations a breeze and allowed us to enjoy most of our weekends before our big day. Even now, my wife and myself could hardly believe how relatively effortless it was to prepare for our wedding once we had engaged Idea Inn's services.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the actual day of our wedding. We were able to do so because we knew that the proceedings were in very capable and assured hands.
