We came to know about Idea Inn's wedding planning services through the internet. We engaged their services in December 2008; our wedding fell on 1 May 2009.

Throughout the whole wedding preparation process, Sylvia has proven herself to be a very efficient, responsible and resourceful wedding planner. She has managed to complete all the pre-wedding preparations for us within a period of about 6 months. Without her, this could not have happened.

Sylvia has also shown a lot of initiative and creativity. With her experience, she was able to provide us with good and practical ideas, suggestions and alternatives to the concepts we have in mind. This was certainly very important to us as we could then further fine tune our own ideas. Sylvia also always took the initiative to send us reminders about things that needed attention or decision, to ensure that we kept to our time schedule.

On the wedding day itself, with her calm composure, she ensured that everything was carried out smoothly as planned. Her alertness enabled her to pre-empt problems and she managed to prevent them from happening or escalating. In the midst of her busyness on our actual wedding day, she and her team kindly remembered to keep some of the decoration flowers for us, for our keeping.

We would like to convey our heartfelt thanks to Sylvia and her team their dedicated service in the planning and preparation of our wedding. She has made our wedding a truly memorable one. Sylvia, once again, THANKS!
