Venue Decoration and Wedding Day Coordination.
As we planned our wedding celebration to be small and solemn reception, we thought we could settle it ourselves. But 3 months prior to the wedding, we realize that there are a lot of details that needs our attention. When we are looking for wedding coordinating service, Sylvia's e-mail for wedding planning survey came at the right time. We decided to engage IdeaInn as our wedding coordinator and that turned out to be one of the best decision we made.
Initially, our purpose was only to have someone to take care of everything during the wedding day, but Sylvia did a lot of unexpected things. From guests seating arrangement, venue decoration, liaising with everyone, finding old songs that we want to use for the reception, help us with our thank you cards and all other little details. Sylvia & Denise even spare some time to give us moral support when we participated in one contest.
To us, they're more like friends than just some professional wedding planner we engage, which make them special for us. Sylvia was the first person in our mind, whenever we need to consult things about the wedding. She had always been helpful and accommodating to our needs.
