Our planners dedicate ourselves to take care of you from starting to actual day of your wedding. From conceptualise your dream wedding, getting the vendors your need, with on-going and actual day coordination.

Q2. How do I know if I need a planner?

You are overwhelmed by the scale of planning and not sure where to start;

You are very busy with your work or travel extensively that leaves you little time to plan your wedding;

You know what you want for your wedding but lack the resources or contacts to make it happen;

You want need help with conceptualizing creative ideas for your wedding;

Or simply because you prefer professional help so that you do not need to be stressed by all the details of the wedding; at the same time, enjoy a smooth running wedding day.


Q3. How do I know if an Idea Inn planner is a suitable wedding planner for me?

Idea Inn provides you a free non-obligatory consultation on the 1st meeting with us. It is a good opportunity for us to interact with each other and understand your needs and our services.

At the end of the meeting, you will have a good idea whether you are comfortable with our planners to accompany you on your wedding planning journey.

 
Q4. I want my wedding to be reflective of my personality and style, will Idea Inn compromise on that and turn our wedding into something of your own preference?
Our planners understand that every couple has their own preference and desired wedding. We will just guide, render suggestions, and assist you in decision making process to create your dream wedding. The ultimate decision still lies with you. Hence, you will definitely have a wedding that reflects your own style and preference.
 
Q5. Can I pick and choose the specific services that I want instead of taking it as a standard package?
Yes! We are flexible to customize our services package to suit your needs. Our planners will understand your needs and propose a customized package that meets your requirements.
 
Q6. Can I use my own vendors instead of those recommended by Idea Inn?
Yes, you can. Most of the vendors we recommend are those whom we have worked closely with and are confident of their professionalism. However, if you have your own preferred vendors, we are most glad to work with them to ensure that everything runs smoothly on your wedding day.
 
Q7. How long in advance should confirm my engagement of Idea Inn services?
Typically, if you are want to engage us for full suite wedding planning services, 6 months to 1 year in advance will be a good time frame to work with. For actual day coordination, at least 3 months in advance so that we have more time to get to know each other and arrange for wedding rehearsal or briefings and tie up any loose ends for you.
